Connection Lost
The connection to the ET-312 has been interrupted.
- Check the serial connection to the ET-312 box.
- Reset the ET-312 by turning it off and then on again.
- Try to reconnect.
Could not link ET-312
- Make sure that you selected the correct serial port.
- Check the cables and adapters that connect your computer to the ET-312.
- Make sure the ET-312 is turned on.
- Reset the ET-312 by turning it off and on again.
Missing Media Device
ErosWeb was not able to access an audio or video device needed for sharing.
- Make sure your webcam or other device is connected and turned on.
- If using a built-in camera, make sure it is enabled.
- Check your communication settings (click on the icon in the page header).
- Is your laptop open?
Connection Failed
The connection to the server has been lost. Try to Present again.
Device Access Blocked
ErosWeb cannot share audio and video because you have blocked access to the camera and/or microphone. Fix this by adjusting the security settings in your browser:
- Google Chrome
- Navigate to
chrome://settings/content - Check both the "microphone" and "camera" sections
- Reset permissions for the site
- Navigate to
- Safari on Mac (MacOS): go to the
Safari | Settings for This Website...menu. - Safari on iOS: access "Website Settings" via the "AA" button in the address bar.
